When you arrive at our well-appointed clinic, our friendly staff will welcome you before you consult with your surgeon.

They will talk to you about your general health, discuss your concerns, and what you hope to achieve from treatment. At your consultation, your surgeon will discuss all the treatment options with you. Detailed information about costs, benefits, potential risks and side effects, and recovery will also be provided.

How to prepare for your appointment:

• Write down any questions you have before coming to see the surgeon.

• If you are seeing the surgeon for an issue that requires an examination of your head and neck, try to minimise the amount of make-up you wear that day.

• For us to keep accurate records, we often like to take a series of clinical photos for your file. If you are using the patient portal prior to seeing us, there is a section where you will be asked to give consent to have these photos taken. If you would like to discuss this with the surgeon before the photos are taken, please feel free to wait and sign the consent form at your appointment.
